111 WALL STREET
The renovation of 111 Wall Street is one of the most ambitious projects in downtown Manhattan. With a budget of $100 million, this extensive transformation includes a complete exterior overhaul, an expanded lobby, a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade, and over one million square feet of high-end office space and amenities. After several years of work, the building opened to the public in 2024, offering a fresh, modern space for businesses and visitors.
From the beginning, our role went far beyond simply illuminating the space. We immersed ourselves in the project, working closely with the design team to craft a lighting experience that complemented and enhanced the architecture. Our focus was on creating a seamless, integrated lighting concept that would highlight the richness of the building's volumes and materials. This included the creation of custom light fixtures, each designed to echo the interior designer's vision while adding a unique, artistic touch as well as achievement of LEED certification.
