Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP's new Manhattan office reflects the firm's global stature while embracing a flexible, contemporary work culture. Designed by STUDIOS, the renovation preserves the building's raw materiality and historic character, with lighting playing a central role in shaping the experience across four floors.
