Facing a historic 30 ft. diameter clock and surrounded on all sides by endless views of the city, this Manhattan-based tech hub had outstanding impact prior to any initial design work. In collaboration with Studios Architecture, the design team worked harmoniously to ensure that the modern design of the 67,000 sq. ft. corporate space would feature myriad breathtaking interior moments that inherently complement the surrounding views.

Light is uniquely crafted with the intention to celebrate moments throughout the space. A thoughtful ebb and flow of supportive, discreet lighting in focus and transition spaces contrasts well with sculptural lighting moments at gathering spaces. Lighting emerges from refined details in the main stair and other millwork pieces throughout to accentuate iconic forms and finishes.
